The Story of the Brand
Fragrance Du Bois began with a bold idea: to make the world's rarest and most precious ingredients irresistible to everyone, not just collectors. From Paris ateliers to the counters of Harrods and Selfridges, it is a story of evolution, artistry and a hint of rebellion. The house was among the first to commercialise the use of oud in perfumery, blending it with unexpected notes.
The Signature of the House
Every creation is composed by master perfumers, among them Shadi Samra, Nanako Ogi, Jordi Fernández, François Merle-Baudoin and Kevin Mathys, using sustainably sourced, pure perfume oils and pure organic vintage oud. The faceted bottles with gilded, crystal-studded caps rest in velvet, in a signature black box with a red interior: modern opulence as a sculptural object.
Collections
The Shades Collection revolves around oud in many shades: Oud Bleu, Oud Noir, Oud Rose, Oud Vert, Oud Jaune and Oud Orange Intense, alongside Sahraa, Parisian, Amber Intense and Heritage. The city scents New York Intense, New York 5th Avenue, Milano, London Spice and Voyage À Paris honour the fashion capitals, and the For Lovers collection comprises Lovers, Cavort and Secret Tryst. You will also find Brume Du Matin, Santal Complet, Siberian Rose, Cannabis Blue and Cannabis Intense, Solstis, Tropiques, Sirène and Sirène Privée, Lucius and Lucius Maximus, PM in collaboration with producer Michael Blakey, and Minuit et Demi with Demi Rawling.
