Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Security:
To ensure safe delivery, we only ship insured packages through PostNL. Please note that you will need to sign for your order personally. Our shipping companies make a single delivery attempt. If you're not home, you will need to pick up your package at a designated pick-up point. The package will be held for a maximum of 3 days. If you don’t pick it up within this time, it will be returned to us. The cost of returning the package and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
Restrictions for Certain Products:
In many countries, it is not possible to deliver perfumes to your home. This will be indicated in the track & trace system. In this case, you will need to pick up your package at a pick-up point. If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to us, and the shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Time:
We aim to ship your order within 1-14 working days after receiving it from PostNL or DHL. The shipping is done according to the general terms and conditions of PostNL or DHL.
Shipping Options:
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs can be selected and checked in the shopping cart before completing your order. Please refer to the table below for specific shipping details.
Ordering and Payment
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email as soon as possible. This confirmation includes the purchase price of your products, shipping fees, and also serves as your invoice. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us via email at info@parfumaria.com. We offer the following secure payment methods:
IDEAL (via Postbank, Rabobank, ING Bank, or ABN AMRO)
PayPal (with credit card)
Bank transfer: Payment must be made within 5 days after the order date. After this, the order will be shipped.
All orders are shipped via TNT Parcel Post to minimize the risk of loss, damage, or theft during shipping.
Claims and Warranty
You can file a claim for your product up to six months to one year after purchase, depending on the type of product. Perfumes and cosmetics have a limited shelf life. We cannot see how you have stored your products, so the warranty applies for up to six months for cosmetics and up to one year for perfumes.
Always check the outside of the package when it is delivered. If it is damaged, do not accept it. Claims for damage or missing items cannot be honored if the damaged package was accepted.
If your product is damaged, please send us pictures. We need time to resolve the issue if an order arrives damaged.
In cases of loss, theft, or damage during shipping, ParfuMaria reserves the right to resend the same product.
All shipping and return costs, including administration fees for orders not accepted by the customer, will be deducted from your refund.
VAT and Customs
When shipping to countries where VAT is not applicable, VAT will be omitted from the shipping costs, and only the net amount will be shown.
If customs rejects or destroys a parcel, it is your responsibility. We will not refund or resend such orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the customs regulations in their country.
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email to inform us about your return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free samples received with your order must also be returned. If these are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct €4.50 per sample from your refund.
Products purchased with a discount, including testers and samples, cannot be returned.

You are responsible for returning the items. Please ensure your return package is insured and sent by registered post, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. A processing fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs charged by payment companies. This amount will be deducted from your return payment. Warranty and Responsibility
You can file a claim within six months for body products (such as lotions) and up to one year for perfumes, unless otherwise stated on the packaging.
Store your perfumes and cosmetics in a cool place (around 18°C) and in the original packaging to prevent them from aging or changing scent.
