Why do I have to pay return costs and additional administration costs myself?
As soon as you make an order, you commit to a purchase. As soon as you want to return something yourself or refuse at the door or pay the return costs yourself. There are also costs for processing the return order as well as the costs to the payment provider with which you paid the order. We want people to be more aware of just ordering online and returning them easily. Post Nl or DHl will calculate the return costs to us. So be careful when making an online order.
How can I return something if I regret my purchase?
After you have emailed us first (info@parfumaria.com) we will determine whether your product can be returned. Opened perfumes, for example, cannot be returned. If your return product has been approved by us, we will explain the steps to be followed by email.
How do I order samples?
On our sample page you will find a simple step by step explanation. Also supported with a video. The most important thing is that you use the special input field to fill in your samples of your choice. Good tip: First make a test order so that you can already see how it works.
I forgot to enter which (free) samples I wanted. Can I communicate this via e-mail or via WhatsApp?
That is not possible afterwards. Our packers work at very different times than our customer service. That is why there is a special comment field where you can indicate your choices when you make your order.
Why don't you resend samples as soon as they are not available?
Free samples are not a right but an extra gift from us. No rights can be derived. As soon as there are no samples available that you would have liked, we will not send samples. If these are paid samples, these will be reimbursed. The shipping costs are so high that it is not logical for us to send them.

Your sample wishes are not clear to us.
The requested samples are not present.
You ordered something with discount.
As soon as samples are not available, ready-made samples are added to your order by our packing team.
You cannot derive any rights from free samples.
Can I change or cancel my order after my order?
This is always possible as long as your payment on the order has not been processed. As soon as this is the case, the order is automatically converted into an order, where it will be sent to you as soon as possible. This is usually within a few hours. ParfuMaria strives to process an order as soon as possible. ParfuMaria customer service also works at a location other than the packing team and at other times, making it impossible to change your order afterwards. For this reason, changes are not possible.
I entered the wrong address during my order. Can I still change this?
We have no possibility to adjust addresses independently. This is prohibited by law under the GDPR legislation. The address you enter will be sent directly and digitally to the carrier. There is no longer any manual work involved. You are always responsible for the correct and exact entry of your address. If this means that an order cannot be delivered properly, the shipping and return costs will be for the orderer.
When am i going to receive my order?
This has to do on several factors. If you placed your order before 13:00, your order will usually be shipped the same day. If you have submitted homemade samples with your order, the shipping time may take longer. Transporters do not work at the weekend, so as soon as there is a weekend in between, this will also take longer. Our advice is to keep a close eye on your track and trace so that you can follow your parcel yourself. Parcels abroad sometimes have to go through inspections and customs, which can also cause stagnation here. We have no influence on this.
How do I know if ParfuMaria sells original products?
ParfuMaria has been around for years and only sells original perfumes from the original brands both in our physical store and in our online shop. You can check this by checking with the brands that ParfuMaria sells whether ParfuMaria is a certified point of sale.
What's the best way to store your perfumes?
It is best to keep your perfume in the box that comes around it. As a result, no condensation rings can form on furniture and light has no influence on the smell.
Pay close attention to the temperature. Too hot or too cold is bad for the shelf life of perfume. 18 degrees is the best temperature.
Spraying with a perfume often creates residue around the sprayer. A perfume often contains grease and that can affect or clog the sprayer. Wipe the sprayer regularly with a tissue after use.
