Unfortunately, consumers sometimes make quick decisions to order or exchange products without giving it much thought. This leads to unnecessary environmental impact. As a consumer, you can help make a difference.
Returns contribute to unnecessary CO2 emissions due to the transportation involved in shipping products back and forth. The packaging is often discarded, and the returned products need to be processed again, which takes time and money. Additionally, payment companies charge fees for these transactions.
To encourage more thoughtful purchasing decisions, we charge a return fee of €5. This helps make consumers consider their returns more carefully. Furthermore, 50% of this fee is donated to the charity Greenpeace to support environmental causes.
