Bergamot and cardamom open bright and spicy, after which rose and jasmine form a floral heart. In the base sandalwood, saffron, patchouli, vanilla, musk and amber merge with vintage oud into a complex whole of spicy florals, creamy musk and smoky-sweet resins.

For us Oud Noir Intense is the classic rose-oud of the Shades, but sharply suited. The saffron and patchouli lend it a dark, leathery sheen, while the vanilla softens it on skin. We see it as an evening scent for anyone who likes to dress mysteriously, in black from head to toe. It is powerful, so one or two sprays suffice. In winter it also wears beautifully by day, under a thick coat. A stylish choice for lovers of rich oriental compositions.

This smells like pure luxery. Difficult to describe. Gets me compliments every time I wear it. It opens with the pungeant smell of blue cheese, but then it turns into something strong, spicy and beautiful. So well blended. When I try to pick up specific notes, I smell different things each time. Sometimes I get the rose or the amber, sometimes the musk or the vanilla combined with the oud. Whatever... I just can't stop smelling myself.
