The Signature of Zafeer Oud Vanille
The opening is surprising: coconut and caramel are sweet and sunny, but a leathery tone keeps them in check, so it never turns candy-like. In the heart clove warms the tonka bean, while ylang-ylang adds a creamy, almost tropical floral softness and white woods guard the structure. The base is where the name comes from: oud lends depth and a hint of smoke, vanilla melts over it like caramelised sugar, and musk makes the drydown soft and close to the skin.

To us, Zafeer Oud Vanille is the vanilla for anyone who thought vanilla was not for them. The oud and leather give it backbone, the coconut a wink. On skin it grows creamier and warmer by the hour, and longevity is excellent. We like it best in the colder months, for an evening out or a dinner date, in cashmere or velvet. A gourmand oud that indulges without overdoing it.
