Inspiration
While travelling through Southeast Asia, Xerjoff founder Sergio Momo came across an ancient statue of the Buddha carved from sandalwood. Sandalwood is sacred in many Asian cultures, symbolising purity and divinity and said to repel negative forces. Struck by its sweetness, the statue's cultural significance and the beauty of the encounter, he set himself the challenge of capturing the moment in a scent, and Richwood was born.

The Signature of Richwood
A primarily woody scent, Richwood also features floral and amber facets evocative of its indelible jungle setting. An opening of bergamot, blackcurrant bud, grapefruit and mandarin peel leads to geranium leaves and rose absolute. Fruity accents combine with patchouli, vanilla, sandalwood, amber, labdanum and musk at the base, diffusing a feeling of serenity. Its flacon holds a Kalahari pietersite stone, said to neutralise negative energies.
