Une Amourette

Inspiration
Une Amourette grew out of Etat Libre d'Orange's fascination with the relationship between fashion and fragrance. On an evening with champagne, founder Etienne de Swardt and a designer discussed a perfume for the designer's collection. The timing was not right, but the ideas stayed. With this fragrance the house wants to do what an original, exquisitely made dress can do: it calls it scented fashion, and deliberately provocative.

Perfumer
Daniela Andrier. She imagined a very sophisticated and dark perfume, black and red, with patchouli and indole as the backbone of this woody animalic floral.

The Signature of Une Amourette
Pink peppercorn, cardamom and neroli open bright and spicy. In the heart stand peach, iris and patchouli, a combination that is velvety and dark at once. Opoponax, Akigalawood® and vanilla absolute form a warm, resinous base with a skin-like, slightly animalic edge. It is a fragrance that unfolds through the warmth of the body.
