The Story of the Brand
Pantheon Roma is the project of a father and son: Paolo and Leone Fadelli. Paolo has spent more than thirty years selecting and launching prestigious Italian and international brands, and brought the collection to life together with his son. Leone studied economics and marketing, with a thesis on artistic perfumery, and chose to follow in his father's footsteps. The idea is the Italian Renaissance, the time when art, culture, beauty and love met. A love so deep that it can only be told through scent, which touches memory and emotion directly. Rome is the home of the brand. The family company behind the house is JOY S.p.A.
The Signature of the House
Every fragrance is a scene from the story. Raffaello and Margherita are the two main characters, with Trastevere, the Domus Aurea and the white elephant Annone joining them. According to the house the perfumes are made with rare raw materials and close attention to every detail, down to the packaging. They are generous and convincing, often warm and round, sometimes surprisingly soft. In conversation with the most sensitive master perfumers, first of all Arturetto Landi, the house looks for scents that stay in the memory.
Perfumers and Collections
The Classic Collection is the love story itself: Raffaello, Donna Margherita, Trastevere, Il Giardino, Notte d'amore, Dolce Passione, Così Blu, Anniversario, Annone, Auris and Nerone. Added to these are Annone Supremo, a richer version of Annone, and Dolce Mio, about Raffaello's childhood in Urbino.
The Special Collection lets four letters speak: R, M, A and O. Together they spell ROMA, and the house also sells them as a case in imperial red. Beyond these you will find Aurea.
Popular Fragrances
Raffaello is the painter: absinthe, pepper, leather, teak and tonka, in a blend that recalls pigments. Donna Margherita is his muse, with tuberose, lily of the valley, jasmine and ambergris. Trastevere smells of the district that was called the ‘oven of Rome’ in 1500: davana, liquorice, coffee, chestnut cream and vanilla. Annone is named after the white elephant that conquered Rome in the sixteenth century, with mango, iris, saffron, oud and amber. Dolce Passione brings dark chocolate and white truffle together with hazelnut, honey and vanilla.
