Inspiration
Noble trees seem to have a spirit, an energy drawn from the earth that comforts and protects. Oud forms deep in the heartwood of such trees, a process Amouroud compares to an oyster making a pearl. Because oud is so powerful, the house had perfumer Claude Dir turn it into a soft, sunny scent for every day.

Persian saffron and pink pepper tingle, wild raspberry makes it juicy and light. The heart holds olibanum, rose absolute, prune and lily of the valley, which adds a fresh, green sheen. The Indonesian oud is woven in seamlessly with black amber, patchouli and guaiac wood, so that it is present everywhere yet dominates nowhere.
