Description

Origino

Inspiration
Everything began with Origino. It is the musk base that perfumer Vanina Muracciole composed as an olfactory game with François Hénin, and which became the guiding thread of the entire house. Origino means origin in Esperanto, the language Jeroboam chose because musks speak a universal language. The house puts it most simply: worn on bare skin, Origino speaks for itself.

Woody musky

The Olfactive Composition
Top notes: Bergamot, Pink Berries
Heart notes: Juniper, Nutmeg
Base notes: Musk, Sandalwood

The Signature of Origino
Origino is not a fragrance built from many notes, but a study in texture. The different musks lie in layers: soft and cottony, lightly powdery, warm like skin in the sun. Bergamot and pink berries give the opening a dry, tingling clarity, juniper and nutmeg add a cool, spicy vein, and Australian sandalwood gives the musks a creamy, woody bed. Because musks merge with the skin's own scent, Origino smells slightly different on everyone who wears it, and that is precisely the heart of the idea.

What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
For us, Origino is the key to the entire house. It is restrained in structure yet striking in presence: the scent seems to stay close to the skin, while others keep noticing it for a surprisingly long time. Anyone who wants to understand what Jeroboam means by a cocktail of musks will find its purest version here.
