The Story of the Brand
Origino began as an olfactory exploration by Vanina Muracciole and François Hénin: a perfume base around a ball of musks that became the common thread of an entire brand. The names come from Esperanto: Origino means origin, Hauto skin, Ligno woody and Vespero evening. Jeroboam itself is a wink too: a three litre bottle, while the house's first bottles held just 30 ml.
The Signature of the House
Every scent is an extrait, carried by Vanina Muracciole's musks that give volume, longevity and a skin-like warmth. The black and gold bottle with Art Deco lettering is recognisable, with exceptions such as the orange Gozo and the white Unue.
