Inspiration
A room lit by a single lamp; dust dances in the beam. The night is quiet until a pale wing circles the glow — a hush, a pause, a slow orbit closer. Moth captures that gravity of light: a flare of black pepper, cinnamon, clove, cumin and lemon — crackling, ember-warm — that softens into a powdery plume of heliotrope, iris, jasmine, mimosa, muguet and rose. As it drifts lower, the air thickens with honey and resins, the grain of guaiac and patchouli, and a shadow of smoke. Nagarmotha, oud, vetiver and musk sketch the dark velvet outside the circle, while a gentle ambergris glow keeps the flame alive.
