L'Attesa

Inspiration
L'Attesa is Atto III, Scena I of the Opera collection, the act of sentimental relationships. It is a summer night and everything is set for a rendezvous: soft lights, a crackling jazz record, open French windows and the sound of cicadas. On the table stands a bouquet of freshly picked flowers. A bottle of champagne is uncorked, the scent of yeast hovers in the air, and then her steps sound on the stairs. L'Attesa means the waiting.

The Signature of L'Attesa
The heart of L'Attesa is one of the richest iris constructions in niche perfumery: iris absolute and iris root butter from Italy and France, together with tuberose and ylang-ylang. Orris butter, obtained from rhizomes dried for years, gives a powdery, slightly rooty and almost velvety tone. Bergamot, neroli and a champagne accord with yeasty facets make the opening sparkling and festive. Mysore sandalwood, oakmoss and a leather accord give the iris a warm, elegant base.
