Inspiration

The house calls the scent a sumptuous mukhallat for the princes and princesses of the 21st century: sunny, immensely rich and infinitely sensual.

The Signature of Jus Interdit
Jus Interdit opens with a gleam of bergamot and florals, but beneath it the warm, softly animalic tone of hyrax sounds at once, giving the scent a skin-like, almost leathery depth. Patchouli and nagarmotha bring a dry, smoky earthiness, like aged wood in a dim salon. In the base, benzoin glows amber-warm, while grey amber and iris add a mineral, silky finish and cedar keeps the whole upright. As an Extrait de Parfum, the scent is rich, concentrated and long-lasting.
