Inspiration
Aurum is the Latin word for gold, the metal revered in every culture and the one alchemists tried to draw from ordinary matter. Kemi translated that quest into a warm, regal composition for men and women, in which the light of citrus slowly turns into a gleaming, sweet depth.

The Signature of Aurum
Bergamot, lemon, orange and rose create a fresh, uplifting opening. A gourmand heart of strawberry and chocolate follows, surrounded by heliotrope, vanilla, patchouli and oakmoss. Oud, labdanum and frankincense give the base a smoky, resinous glow.

For us, Aurum is one of Kemi's most unexpected scents. The strawberry and chocolate sound playful, but on the skin they are carried by frankincense and oud, so it never becomes childishly sweet. We find it at its best in winter, under a wool coat, when the labdanum slowly warms up. It is powerful and long-lasting, so two sprays are more than enough. A scent for those who love luxury and like to wear it with a wink.
