Inspiration
Ambre Loup is the amber of Rania J.: a scent that vibrates on skin like a heartbeat. Rania Jouaneh started from a greedy, slightly animalic opening and let Peru balsam and labdanum spread their dry, resinous wood, for a soft and creamy sensuality.

The Signature of Ambre Loup
Warm resin and a salty ambergris. Then balsamic vanilla, round and spicy. In the base smoky oud and tonka, carried by cedar.

For us Ambre Loup is the amber all others are measured against. It is rich without turning sticky, and the labdanum gives it that rugged, leathery edge of a wolf's coat. The oud is subtle, more shadow than lead role. On a wool jumper you still smell it days later. We wear it from October to March, and in the large bottle it is our steady winter partner, for men and women.
