Untamable is a love story born among the springs, waterfalls and flowering fields of Texas Hill Country: a classic western told through the lens of the new west. The book is populated with modern rabble-rousers, from a rodeo star to a long-haul trucker, each untamable in their own way.

The Signature of Untamable
A leather saddle accord forms the heart: supple, warm and lightly smoky. Tonka resin adds a sweet, almond-like roundness, while saguaro blossom and Texas yellowstar bring a sunny, desert-like floralcy. Cumin lends a warm, skin-like spice and tumbleweed a dry, dusty tone. The Paso Fino accord, named after a horse breed, completes the western image.
