The Story of the Brand
A tola is an old unit of measurement, equal to the weight of a silver rupee, used to weigh gold and precious oils. Founder Dhaher Bin Dhaher learned perfumery from his mother, who mixed perfume oils and bukhoor in the Gulf tradition. In 2013 he named his house Tola: something tangible to hold intangible memories.

Every Tola scent carries an Arabic, Persian or Urdu name with its own meaning and story, combining oriental materials such as oud, saffron and musk with western refinement.
