Inspiration
Spice Rose takes you to the streets of Istanbul at the height of the Ottoman Empire, when the air was thick with the scents of spices and trade. Attar Al Has speaks of busy markets where every note tells a story of ancient trade routes and eastern mystique. It is the history of the city, captured in a dry, spicy scent.

Spicy and woody
The Olfactive Composition
Top notes: Bergamot, pink pepper, grapefruit
Heart notes: Olibanum, clary sage
Base notes: Vetiver, cedarwood, patchouli, musk
The Signature of Spice Rose
Bergamot, pink pepper and grapefruit open fresh and tingling. The heart is resin and herb: frankincense and clary sage, smoky and aromatic at once. Vetiver, cedarwood, patchouli and musk form a dry, woody base. Notably, the rose of the name does not appear in the official note list; the rosy impression comes from the pink pepper and clary sage.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
Spice Rose is not what the name suggests. Whoever expects a full rose scent gets a bright, smoky incense with a rosy sheen of pink pepper. That is precisely what makes it special for us: dry, elegant and very wearable. The clary sage adds a faintly leathery, herbal touch that ties in nicely with the vetiver. It works all year and suits a suit as well as a sweater. For those who love incense and wood and want something lighter than a church scent, this one is worth trying.
