Inspiration
Alfaaz-e-Mamnooah is Urdu for forbidden words: the things you whisper but never say out loud. Sasva thought of secret meetings by moonlight in Mumbai, of the thrill of what is not allowed and the freedom to give in anyway.

The Signature of Forbidden Words Alfaaz-e-Mamnooah
Lime gives a green spark, pink peppercorn and tobacco bring smoke and bite. At the heart oud is softened by creamy vanilla and dry cedarwood. Leather, patchouli and dry amber lay a dark, warm floor.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
Forbidden Words is the perfume Sasva arrived with in our shop, and it is still our favourite from the house. We find that lime on top brilliant: it makes the tobacco and oud airy, as if someone opened a window in a smoky bar. After an hour the vanilla arrives, just enough to soften things. The leather keeps it tough. We wear it on cold evenings with a dark coat, and notice it still clings to the collar the next morning.
