Pomelo Assoluto is the concentrated, darker brother of Pomelo Sorrento. Gritti speaks of a noir version: the same radiant citrus, but warmer, richer and more mysterious. The extrait belongs to the I Turchesi collection.

Pomelo Assoluto is the citrus we keep wearing into autumn. You recognise the fresh start from Sorrento, but after a quarter of an hour tea and cardamom join in and it becomes something for an evening with a gin and tonic. It lingers noticeably longer than the original. Those who already own Pomelo Sorrento get a second mood of the same fruit here. Those still choosing: this is the version for anyone who wants citrus with more character.
