Persephone’s Patchouli

Inspiration
Persephone's Patchouli is inspired by the myth of Persephone and the six pomegranate seeds that bound her to the underworld. This woody amber perfume begins with fresh Guatemalan cardamom, plum and pomegranate, before opening into Egyptian jasmine, a clean patchouli and a tint of rose. Patchouli of the Underworld is its dark counterpart.

Persephone's Patchouli is the lighter sister of Patchouli of the Underworld, and to us the more wearable of the two. The pomegranate and plum are juicy, the jasmine and rose fresh, and the patchouli here is clean and clear. The honey in the base makes it warm. A revelation for those who always thought patchouli too heavy. Mythical yet modern.
