It starts with a bright resin flash of elemi, quickly threaded with billowing frankincense. Then the Black Ink Accord appears, giving the scent a graphite like, nocturnal depth that feels strikingly contemporary. In the heart, the rose is not romantic but sculpted and grown up: Damascena rose water feels crimson yet transparent, surrounded by a smooth, suede leather impression. The drydown turns warm and solemn, where myrrh, creamy woods and a rounded vanilla sheen make the composition wearable without losing its dark signature.
