Pichola

Pichola is a fragrance of light, tranquility and reflection. Inspired by the famous Lake Pichola in Udaipur, Neela Vermeire captures the beauty of shimmering waters, floating palaces and the peaceful atmosphere of dawn.

Together with perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour, she created a composition that differs from many of his richer and more spice driven creations. Pichola radiates softness, transparency and quiet sophistication.

The opening is fresh and luminous. Bergamot, mandarin and lavender create a bright introduction where citrus freshness meets aromatic elegance. The sensation evokes the first sunlight dancing across the surface of the lake.

At the heart, lotus flower takes center stage. Jasmine sambac, gardenia and ylang ylang enhance the creamy white floral character while preserving an airy aquatic quality. The florals feel luxurious yet remain beautifully transparent.

As the fragrance develops, sandalwood, vanilla, musk and incense create warmth and depth. The composition gains richness without losing its calm and meditative character. Elegant and harmonious, it remains graceful throughout the entire wear.
