Inspiration
In the freezing Siberian forest, the male musk deer leaves fragrant messages at the foot of bare trees in search of a mate. For centuries the animal was hunted almost to extinction for its precious musk. Zoologist honours this creature by recreating its distinctive scent with synthetic musks, natural oud and florals, without any animal products.

The Signature of Musk Deer
Cardamom, calamus oil and rose give a cool, spicy opening. In the heart, sambac jasmine absolute, patchouli, Atlas cedarwood and labdanum absolute bring warm, resinous depth. The base of ambrette absolute, orris absolute, Laotian oud and Australian sandalwood makes the scent soft, powdery and musky, with the chill of a winter forest in the background.
