Inspiration
Le Temps Perdu refers to Marcel Proust and his novel cycle about lost time, in which a single bite of madeleine brings back an entire childhood. Salle Privée made a scent about memory and timelessness: who you were, who you are and who you might still become.

The Olfactive Composition
Top notes: Ambrette seed
Heart notes: Amber, Iso E super, dark woods
Base notes: Ambroxan, musk
The Signature of Le Temps Perdu
Ambrette seed gives a soft, faintly pear-like musk. Amber, Iso E Super and dark woods build a velvety, abstract layer. Ambroxan and musk let it glow on the skin, warm and animalic.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
Le Temps Perdu is one of those scents that smells different on everyone, and that is its strength. On one person it is creamy, on another woody or almost salty. It is minimal, yet people around you keep asking what you are wearing. The 30 ml is a lovely way to get acquainted, and it fits in any bag. We wear it by day and by night, and it also makes a beautiful base beneath Concorde or Rialto.
