Inspiration
Jābir is a tribute to Arabian perfumery and to Jabir ibn Hayyan, the alchemist whose supreme understanding of the world paved the way from alchemy to chemistry. He saw alchemy not as magic but as a quest to imitate and replicate the wonders of nature, which makes him the ideal muse for Jābir.
