Idole de Lubin

Inspiration
Idole de Lubin is like an intense liqueur of burning spices. Wood from Madagascar meets the sweet aroma of Bourbon rum, and the refined leather is warmed by spices from Zanzibar. Lubin compares the scent to the silent figure of a Nubian deity, around which bark and resins burn.

Idole de Lubin is one of our personal favourites. The rum and sugar cane give a dark sweetness, but the cumin and smoked wood keep it exciting. Olivia Giacobetti has a gift for transparency, so despite all the rich notes it stays airy. It feels like a warm evening in a harbour town. A must in autumn, for a concert.
