Inspiration
Florian is the Gritti ruby. The remarkable purity and full, deep burgundy colour of that gem prompted the perfumer to explore the East, with its way of life, rich colours and heady scents.

The centrepiece is precious Laotian oud, spiced with cardamom and tempted by dramatic nuances of Taif rose. A golden haze of incense and the white pepperiness of ginger add depth. Sandalwood and a touch of civet lead to a warm, animalic finish.

Florian is the scent we reach for when someone asks for a true oud with rose. It is deep and rich, yet the cardamom and ginger keep it lively. Later on the civet subtly surfaces and it becomes skin-like and warm. We wear it in winter, to a dinner or a concert. For connoisseurs who love luxury and character.
