Inspiration
According to Attar Al Has, Exquisite is inspired by eastern sweets and the opulence of the Ottoman court. Think of platters of Turkish delight, candied fruits and pistachio brought out at a palace dinner. The house speaks of a refined, seductive gourmand, which is exactly what the scent attempts: indulgence without stickiness.

The Signature of Exquisite
Pink grapefruit, blackcurrant and frozen raspberry give a cold, juicy opening, with Turkish delight and candied fruits announcing the sugar right away. Rose leaves and cherry blossom keep the heart floral, while dulce de leche and saffron pull a caramel warmth through it. Pistachio, vanilla, white musk and woods form a creamy, nutty drydown.

Exquisite is sweet and does not hide it. Still, we find it cleverly made, because the frozen raspberry and grapefruit keep the first impression fresh and the saffron stops the dessert from becoming monotonous. After an hour the pistachio comes forward, and that nutty tone gives the scent something grown-up. It projects firmly and lasts a full day; one or two sprays are plenty. We prefer it in the cooler season, for a dinner or an evening out. For gourmand lovers who want more texture than vanilla and caramel alone.
