Armagnac, juniper and black and pink pepper open boozy and lively. Tobacco, guaiac wood, vetiver, patchouli, cashmeran and saffron form a warm, smoky heart. Golden amber, leather, Siam benzoin, oud, cedar and sandalwood make a soft landing.

For us Concorde is Salle Privée's best seller, which surprises nobody who has smelled it. The armagnac at the start is warm and round, almost as if you were holding a glass. Then it turns smoky with tobacco and guaiac wood, and the leather below gives it something of an old club armchair. It has a slightly dirty edge that we find most attractive. Ideal for winter and for evenings when you want to be noticed.
