Inspiration
With Brownie Pop, Maison Mataha wanted to capture the comfort of a familiar dessert. Perfumer Élise Pierre avoided a flat chocolate accord and played with crisp and soft, like the crust and centre of a brownie.

The Signature of Brownie Pop
The opening is crisp and caramel-like. Then it turns dense and warm with chocolate, biscuit and nutty hazelnut. In the drydown vanilla and sandalwood keep it smooth and lightly woody.

Brownie Pop is one of the most fun chocolate scents we know, yet never childish. The popcorn accent keeps it airy, so the cocoa never feels heavy. On a scarf we can still smell it the next morning. We reach for it in autumn and winter, for a film night or dinner with friends. It is unisex and surprisingly popular with men in our shop.
