The brown sugar opening has a lightly toasted, caramel tone that subtly recalls popcorn: crisp and airy rather than syrupy. The heart then closes into a dense, warm core of biscuit, chocolate and hazelnut, where the nutty facet gives the chocolate a soft, praline-like roundness.
