Inspiration
Paul Vacher created Brumes in 1938, at a time of growing threat in Europe, as a symbol of hope, escape and freedom. In 2020 perfumer Vanina Muracciole set the composition in a contemporary frame of flowers and fruit.

The Signature of Brumes
A juicy, cheerful duo of bergamot and pineapple introduces a sunny floral character. Raspberry adds a fresh, tangy flash. Abundant orange blossom and creamy jasmine rest on a bed of vanilla, cedarwood, patchouli and musk.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
Brumes is the sunniest perfume in the range, and you feel it at once. Pineapple and raspberry bring a smile without turning into a candy scent. After half an hour the orange blossom sets the tone, soft and sunny, with jasmine as a creamy underlayer. The vanilla below keeps it round. We wear it in spring and summer, or on grey days when we need some light.
