A Whiff of Waffle Cone was created in partnership with Salt & Straw, the ice cream brand from Portland, Oregon. The fictional story centres on an ice cream shop with mysterious powers: whoever enters catches the scent of a freshly baked cone and is transported to other periods of their life. Across four generations of family history, a warm tale of hope and togetherness unfolds.

The Signature of A Whiff of Waffle Cone
Vanilla and salted caramel form the foundation of this gourmand, but it is Saigon cinnamon that makes the difference: warmer and sweeter than ordinary cinnamon, with an almost baked tone. Heavy cream and orgeat, an almond syrup, make the texture soft and creamy, while sandalwood gives the composition a woody backbone. The result smells of a freshly baked cone, light and airy rather than heavy.
