Inspiration
19-68 is Luca Gritti's scented self-portrait, named after the year he was born. He wanted to capture his own character in it: spontaneous cheer, Italian zest for life and a style in which tradition and innovation coexist.

The structure is that of a classic cologne, coloured with pink pepper and the slightly tart touch of blackcurrant. Lavender, rose and vetiver form a groomed fougère heart. Grapefruit nuances and tonka beans keep the scent moving until the soft musk takes over.

To us, 19-68 smells like a freshly pressed shirt on a sunny morning. The bergamot is clear without turning sharp, and the lavender marks it instantly as a fougère.
