Inspiration
The feminine 1872 honours the same year in which Queen Victoria granted the house her crown. Sunlight is the motif here: the oil is distilled from the juice of a hundred bergamot oranges, and every drop holds the petals of 170 roses de mai. With 146 ingredients, it is an opulent yet light composition in the emerald green bottle.
