Inspiration
Frustration began with a summer walk along the Ramblas in Barcelona and the song Sympathy by the English band Rare Bird. In the chorus, the word frustration replaced sympathy: the eldest daughter of renunciation and the sister of perfume, because perfume, too, works like frustration in the game of love. It gives by taking back, a desire that is never fully met. This scent, too, is part of the Orange Extraordinaire Collection.

The Signature of Frustration
Cumin, cinnamon and rum open warm and spicy. Vanilla in two forms and cistus absolute make the heart deep and resinous, and a chestnut wood accord, Bourbon vetiver and smoky vinyl guaiacol give a dark, dry base.

Frustration is the vanilla for those who do not want sweet vanilla. The cumin and cinnamon make it spicy and a touch rugged, the smoke and chestnut wood keep it dry. We find it addictive on cold days. It does exactly what the name promises: you keep wanting more. Dark and sensual.
