How to Order Samples – Step by Step

1. Choose your sample set from the options below.

2. Click ‘Order’ and go to your shopping cart.

3. Select the quantity and your payment method.

4. Fill in your details and accept the terms and conditions.

5. In the note field (above the conditions), write your choices:

   • Brand name + Fragrance name (no links, only fragrances from our collection).

ParfuMaria Sample Service

Our sample service is very popular because it allows you to try fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle. All samples are hand-filled for freshness, which means slight variations in volume may occur. Samples cannot be exchanged or canceled.

Important Information

• Pre-selected sets cannot be modified.
  Want to choose yourself? Select AT YOUR OWN CHOICE.

• Sample orders must be paid in advance. Pick-up is possible after payment.

• Sample size depends on the price per milliliter of the perfume.

• Discounted products usually do not have testers available. Unsure? Please ask first.

• ParfuMaria is not liable for minor differences in sample volume.

Filling Examples

• Full vial: up to €2 per ml

• Half filled: up to €2.60 per ml

• ¼ filled (approx. 5-9 sprays): from €2.60 per ml

The amount is based on the average price per ml of the perfume.

Processing & Shelf Life

• Processing time: 3-7 business days. (Orders with full bottles are prioritized over sample-only orders.)

• Use samples within 6 months of filling.

• Maximum of 20 samples per order and 1 sample per fragrance.

Voucher Rules

• When ordering a set of 5 samples (€22), you will receive 1 voucher worth €10, redeemable on a full-size bottle purchase of €55 or more.

• Voucher code = your order number, activated 7 days after receipt.

• Validity: 3 months after issue date.

• Not combinable with promotions, other vouchers, or when purchasing samples, travel sizes, or discovery sets.

• One voucher per order (not a loyalty system).

Free Samples with Purchase

• 30 ml bottle: 1 free sample

• 50-75 ml bottle: 2 free samples

• 100 ml bottle: 3 free samples

Maximum 5 free samples per order, always different from the purchased fragrance(s).

Important:

• Not valid on discounted items, samples, discovery sets, or travel sizes.

• Please provide clear names (brand + fragrance). If missing, we will add random samples because we ship orders as fast as possible. 

• Free samples are not shipped separately at a later date.

Samples are sent as a package with track & trace.
Delivery time: 2-10 days.
