Inspiration
Signature is the first scent Ruth composed for herself. She gathered her path through life in it: the front door of her childhood home in America, English rose gardens, salty air in the Netherlands, flowers and oils in Grasse and the quiet gardens of Japan.

A fruity, sparkling start with pineapple and blackcurrant. Rose and lily make it elegant. A classic chypre accord of oakmoss and patchouli gives depth, with soft sandalwood.

For us Signature is the most personal of the collection: you can smell that Ruth was not trying to please anyone else here. It is a true chypre, something you come across less and less, yet modern and sunny thanks to that pineapple and pink pepper. The rose is bright and the lily gives a velvet sheen. We wear it to work and to dinner, it suits both. Anyone who loves the great classics but wants something fresher should really give it a try.
