Inspiration
Pontevecchio W was born in the magical atmosphere of the Florence of the Medici. Once again Florentine iris plays the leading role, now in a distinctly feminine expression. Caterina de' Medici wore perfume on her gloves and on her skin, a custom her trusted perfumer Renato Bianco, known at the French court as René le Florentin, developed especially for her. Iris, jasmine and Bulgarian rose rest here on white musk and sandalwood.
