Angélique

Inspiration
Angélique is inspired by the astonishing beauty of the Iris pallida and captures the delicate essence of a spring garden. It began as an olfactory portrait of the scent of perfumer Liz Moores' children's heads when they were babies, with orris concrete as its foundation. After careful study of the Iris pallida, it grew into her personal impression of this flower. Angélique is vegan and was a finalist at the Fragrance Foundation Awards 2015.

For us, Angélique is a scent with a quiet confidence of its own: tender, powdery and understated. On the skin we notice how osmanthus and white champac set the tone in the first hour, after which orris and mimosa slowly come forward. After several hours mainly frankincense and cedarwood remain, close to the skin and ever more personal. We like to wear it best in spring and on soft summer days, during the day and in quiet moments. A scent for those who love soft, powdery iris with a sense of comfort.
