Axum

Inspiration
Axum, the Ethiopian city renowned for its incense trade, is the source of inspiration for this scent. Morph describes it as the scent of an embrace: an encounter between excellent French champagne and the finest Ethiopian incense, reviving indescribable sensations. Elusive as the wind, intangible as the truest emotions. So intense, so real, so moving: contradictory notes that nonetheless form a perfect whole.

The Signature of Axum
Champagne gives a sparkling, light-footed opening, sharpened by clove and the peppery nigella. Cashmere and patchouli make the heart soft and richly textured. Then the incense rises like a transparent, resinous veil, made warm and radiant by ambergris: festive and contemplative at once.
