Inspiration
In the heart of eternal fields, where echoes of ancient rituals still murmur, awakens the nourishing essence of celestial harvests. Like an offering to Demeter, the golden grains of wheat blend with the sweet nectar of honey and the creaminess of milk: a mystical bond between the terrestrial and the divine. Perfumer Alexandra Carlin drew inspiration from the altars of the goddess Demeter, where the vestals poured honey and milk over grains to promote future harvests.

The Signature of Moissons Célestes
Alexandra Carlin translated that offering into a nourishing accord around wheat bran, honey and creamy sandalwood. Bran gives a warm, lightly toasted grain tone, honey a golden sweetness and sandalwood a milky, woody softness. When lit, the candle spreads a calming, almost bread-like warmth through the room. The ceramic vessel is decorated with the recognisable lines of artist Carlo Amen, whose work Hellenist deliberately places in the tradition of the great Mediterranean artists.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
We find Moissons Célestes a particularly atmospheric candle: warm and homely, without becoming heavy. After use, the ceramic is a beautiful object to keep.
