Le Galion - Iris
A fragrance created by Paul Vacher in 1937 – an ode to the delicate and subtle Iris flower, recreated from the original formula in a very elegant manner, an interpretation of the essence of the Art Deco period.
A fresh and sparkling citrus green opening revealing a heart of Iris, pink roses and mimosa on a background of iris wood, amber and musk. Iris, queen of the powdery notes, is distinguished equally by top notes of green mimosa from the south of France and hibiscus seed. Royal lily and rose magically combine with the powdery iris to warm the Atlas cedar and oriental amber.
Floral Woody Musk
Top Note: Bergamot, Lemon, Mimosa, Ambrette
Heart Note: Iris, Lily, Rose, Galbanum
Base Note: Atlas Cedarwood, Ambergris, Musk
The bottle
Refined and elegant. The fragrance bottle embodies timeless design, which draws inspiration from the purist geometric shapes of the original bottle and the Art Deco period of its heyday. The cap contrasts perfectly with the faceted glass bottle.
