La Fenice is a cultural project that links The Merchant of Venice with the Gran Teatro La Fenice, one of the most important symbols of Venice. The bottle bears the theatre's characteristic colours, blue and gold, and a fine chain with the emblem of the phoenix, which rises again and again from its ashes.
