Inspiration
Lys Noir appeared in 1924 in a magnificent bottle and coffret by designer Julien Viard, in collaboration with the famous house of Sorys. Ninety years later Isabey released a revised version in the brand's symbolic Art Deco style. The scent is dedicated to an elegant femme du monde, who follows her own style and leaves an unforgettable trail wherever she goes.

The Signature of Lys Noir
Black pepper gives a tingling, dry opening. A floral heart of lily, tuberose, heliotrope and narcissus then unfolds, intense and secretive. Ebony, sandalwood, patchouli and musk anchor the scent in a dark, sensual base.
What our ParfuMaria team thinks of this fragrance
Lys Noir is the Isabey scent we recommend most often. The pepper makes the lily exciting, and the narcissus adds a slightly green, almost hay-like tone that we rarely encounter so beautifully. We find it at its best in autumn and winter, and for an evening at the opera. It is intense, so one or two sprays are enough. A scent for a woman who goes her own way, and lets it show.
