Inspiration
When Isabey Paris created Prends-moi in the early 1930s, the label carried a misspelling: Prends-Mois. It was one of the last perfumes made for the North American market, in a minimalist design. Naming a perfume Take Me was a bold move at the time, but Isabey knew exactly what it was doing. The modern version celebrates a night of love and passion.

Bergamot, pink pepper and raspberry set a sparkling, slightly fruity tone. At the heart everything revolves around rose oil and rose absolute, with a red satin lipstick accord, tuberose, cardamom and iris. Cocoa absolute, creamy sandalwood and amber give a warm, sensual finish.

For us, Prends-moi is Isabey's most playful scent, with a wink towards the boudoir. The lipstick accord is powdery and a little retro, and the cocoa in the base makes the rose dark and soft. We love it for an evening out or a romantic dinner. On the skin it lasts long and grows ever creamier. Anyone who loves rose scents with a touch of glamour should certainly smell this one.
