Histoires de Parfums - 1804 - George Sand Eau de Parfum 

On the first of July of that year, at number 15, rue Meslay in the 3rd ardt of Paris, Amantine Aurore Lucile Dupin, who was to become the baroness of Dudevant was born. She was to become renowned through her androgynous pen name, George Sand. A writer of genius, great lover and committed, she was the incarnation of the first modern woman. For her contemporary heiresses, a perfume reflecting her generosity and sensuality. An amber flower bouquet, in remembrance of George Sand’s bond uniting her with nature, warmed with heady spices and colored by sweet fruits.

De mening van ParfuMaria:
Ananasgeuren doen mij denken aan stroperige vreselijke zoetige kinderlijke geuren maar bij Histoires liggen de feiten gelukkig anders. Deze geur zit boordevol ananas. Heerlijk rijp en sappig gezoet met honing en afgerond met een kruidige bite zoals nootmuskaat en kruidnagel. De ananas laat zich hier niet temmen. Niet door de bloemen, niet door de patchouli in de basis en hij wordt alleen maar gezoet door vanille op het eind. Heerlijke volle tropische geur en dat zonder kokos. Witte musk zorgt voor het fluwelen gevoel op het eind. Om van te watertanden zo heerlijk is deze geur. Mooi om het voorjaar mee in te luiden of de zomer maar ook goed tegen herfst-en winterblues. Sluit je ogen en droom van hagelwitte stranden en ruisende palmen met een heerlijke cocktail in je hand. Voor vrouwen die alles uit het leven willen halen maar ondeugende eigenzinnige mannen kunnen deze geur ook dragen.
